At Best Remaps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of tuning tools and related products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

• Physical tuning tools (hardware):
  • Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, manuals, and cables.
  • Once the product has been activated, registered, or connected to a vehicle, it can no longer be returned or refunded.
• Digital products (software licences, tuning files, downloads):
  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or activated.

2. Faulty or Defective Items

• If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will arrange an inspection and, if confirmed defective, provide either a replacement or a refund.
• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised modifications is not covered.

3. Return Process

• To request a return, email us at [your email] with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
• We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

4. Refund Processing

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
